Vicky Choudhury

Solicitor

Vicky is a Solicitor in the firm specialising in commercial and employment law. Her work includes advising directors and shareholders on corporate governance, handling company restructures and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including shareholder agreements and service contracts. She also regularly advises both employers and employees on employment law matters, such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, settlement agreements and employment tribunal claims.

Before pursuing a career in law, Vicky obtained a degree in Psychology and worked in a mental health facility, providing both inpatient and community-based care. This experience has equipped her with strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem solving, which she brings to her legal practice.

She later graduated from BPP with an Upper Second-Class Graduate Diploma in Law and went on to achieve a distinction in her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.

Vicky has been involved in several multi-million-pound High Court cases, assisting with forensic electronic disclosure and the preparation of complex trial bundles. She also has an excellent working knowledge of family law and, when time permits, enjoys supporting the firm’s family department.

Outside the office, Vicky is a dedicated Watford FC supporter and remains actively involved in supporting local mental health charities, reflecting her continued passion for mental health advocacy.
