CWD Law secures £1m+ win after 3-year battle with Paddy Power

Here we go again! Three years after securing a widely publicised victory for Andy Green against Betfred, we’re popping the Champagne once more—this time for our tenacious client, Corrinne Durber.

Mr. Justice Ritchie has just handed down his ruling in Corrinne’s three-year legal battle with Paddy Power, and as of today, she is £1,097,132.71 richer. Huge congratulations to Corrinne, who stood her ground despite the immense stress and anguish caused by Paddy Power’s refusal to pay out after she won the Monster Jackpot nearly five years ago, on October 18, 2020.

And of course, congratulations to CWD Law’s exceptional legal team for taking down yet another corporate betting giant: David Sheahan, Jackie Revell, Harvey Noble, and our brilliant counsel, Mark Baldock.
