CWD also gives extensive assistance to Insolvency Practitioners in the realisation of assets for the benefit of creditors. This is achieved in a range of ways, including legal proceedings for the recovery of book debts, possession proceedings (both property and plant/machinery), applications to set aside transactions aimed at depriving creditors of their legitimate rights and the prosecution of numerous other insolvency offences under the UK’s insolvency legislation against directors, shadow directors and their associates.
